Friends

Some of my former roommates were in town so we got together for a little picnic and some 24th of July fireworks. Here are most of the kids together.

We did some fireworks, the little parachute guys. The kids loved chasing after them and here they are showing off their prizes. Who knew parachutes could provide hours of entertainment.

It is so great to have time to enjoy with good friends.

Book Review

I received this book for my birthday and I loved it!!! Obviously it features seven events in America's history and tons of evidence of why they are miracles. It is also interspersed with little first hand vignettes from the time period. It was inspiring and gave me hope again.

Draper Temple

Thirty and Flirty and Thriving

So for my 30th birthday I wanted to do something special and we did. I rented out the Classic Skating Rink and invited a ton of people to party with me.

Cascade Falls

This is the last of the vacation. We went on a great hike above the lake to a waterfall and here are some of the pictures we took.

We took a lovely walk on the beach at sunset for our anniversary. I think these speak for themselves. Hooray for four years Honey!
